1. What this site is
Cero a Fluido is an educational website and set of practice tools for learning Spanish. The free content is provided as is, for personal, non-commercial use. It is not a substitute for a teacher, and no particular result is promised: how far and how fast you progress depends on your own hours and circumstances. The hour figures on the site are estimates drawn from public sources and learner reports, not guarantees.
2. Pro
Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks the features described on the pricing page for your personal use, on the devices you use yourself, for as long as the site operates. It is not a subscription and there are no recurring charges. The purchase is processed by our payment provider as merchant of record; their terms apply to the transaction itself. Prices include or exclude tax as shown at checkout.
Your license key is personal. Do not share or publish it. We may deactivate keys that are shared, resold or obtained by fraud, and keys attached to a refunded or charged-back purchase.
3. Refunds
See the refund policy: a full refund within 30 days of purchase, on request, without conditions.
4. Your data
Progress is stored in your own browser. We do not hold it and cannot recover it for you; use the backup feature. See the privacy policy.
5. Content and intellectual property
The text, structure, tools and generated decks on this site are the work of the operator and may not be copied, republished or sold without permission, apart from the short quotation that fair use or fair dealing allows. Third-party names (apps, books, podcasts, series) belong to their owners and are mentioned for information; this site is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Spanish vocabulary and grammar are, of course, nobody's property.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the site online and to keep improving it, and Pro includes future updates, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. If the site ever closes permanently, Pro buyers from the preceding twelve months will be offered a refund or a downloadable copy of the tools.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. Consumers in the EU and UK keep the protections of their home country's law.
